Direct Engraved Sleeves

The most efficient method for making large size seamless printing sleeves

The obvious benefits of direct engraving on rubber covered sleeves are well known. It uses no carbon mask, is contactless and requires no chemical post processing. A high resolution graphical image file is applied directly from a computer system, therefore all fine details are retained exactly on the printing form. In addition to seamless printing, the accuracy of laser engraved sleeves facilitates faster press changeovers, gives consistent printing, fast press speeds and longer print runs. Furthermore it has a precise registration for fast, accurate mounting and excellent colour-to-colour accuracy with superb image quality.

Direct laser engraving is significantly better for the environment than conventional engraving. All particles emitted during engraving are filtered into a chamber by an exhaust fume system.
