Doctor Blades

MillBlade is our own brand of doctor blades for flexo, flexo gravure and coating. MillBlade is an essential part of the process to achieve top quality printing.

We offer a wide range of doctor blades in different materials, coated and un-coated.

The blades are delivered in 100-metre reels in easy-to-use cassettes, or in lengths cut to meet customer requirements. The cassettes are especially easy to use for the Miller doctor blade cutter - our practical blade cutter. MillBlade pre-ground blades have radius-ground edges to produce excellent and even blade function.

High wear strength and deviation in straightness of only 0.4 mm over 2000 mm.
Very smooth surface.
High level of purity.
Available in all standard widths and standard thicknesses.
