Pro2Pac - Miller Graphics Group supports young designer of the future

Miller Graphics Group, the packaging sector's prepress specialist, is giving one young design student the chance to get a head-start on their career.

Leeds Metropolitan student Amy Prendergast will be taking up an internship at Miller Graphics Group later this summer, as part of her prize for winning the student design competition organised by processing and packaging show Pro2Pac.

Miller Graphics Group will play a pivotal role in the UK's only packaging exhibition dedicated to the food and drink sector next month. Pro2Pac, which takes place at ExCel, London 17-20 March 2013, is set to welcome thousands of UK and international visitors keen to see innovations in packaging development and technology.

06-12-2012: New Group Systems Supervisor

Miller Graphics Group is delighted to welcome Dean Ward as Group Systems Supervisor, as part of a continued project to improve workflow processes across the Miller Graphics Group. Dean joins Miller as an employee having previously been consultant for the company's workflow project for the last year. He will also support Miller Graphics UK's operations.

Miller Graphics and the Swedish packaging industry´s leading journal "Nord Emballage" have the pleasure to present the winning companies in the flexo graphic industry that has competed for the "The Miller Impression Award".

The award is designed as a prize for companies that have produced high quality flexo printing commercially during 2010-2012, using Miller Graphics Prepress. The competition should also be seen as an encouragement and inspiration for the entire flexo industry and it is divided into following categories as Label & Narrow Web, Flexible Paper, Flexible Film, Corrugated & Solid Board, Tissue & Flexible Film Metalized Lamination.

We also would like to take the opportunity to thank our customers that has taken the time to send in a record number of prints and that has contributed to the competition of the Miller Impression Award. A special thanks to the Jury that has put a lot of effort in to select the winners.
